My sales rep Jen was amazing would be more than happy to work with her again. The financial guy Craig was not pleasant to work with didn’t want to answer my questions and tried to make you feel dumb for ask work with her again. I thought teens were bad in communication nowadays. I was wrong. Paid $500 and told them I will be back to pay the remaining after all the vehicle inspections are done. I never heard back from them and after my multiple calls, I heard it will be done in few days. After 10 days I get a text that it is ready for pickup. i requested them to provide Carfax report....again no response. I bought the carfax report myself and there were no updates of inspection. In all these conversations I could never reach to GM or any other apart from sales person. At this point I decided not to go with the purchase. They rejected to refund my $500. In all these conversations, I never had proper phone call conversation regarding the vehicle. I filed a dispute with my bank. I tried to reach out to GM but Sales rep said he will have him call me but I never received a call. It was a bitter experience. More

Horrible experience. I was in the process of purchasing another vehicle at an out of state dealer, when Fishers Imports reached out to me. Was convinced to purchase their vehicle after being promised it was in great shape, and had no issues. I took their word on they were selling a car that was promised to be issue free. When infact, it had suspension issues, and the AC does not work. And the time cover gasket on both sides needs replaced. The car was said to have been detailed, again this was not the case. Dirt and grime all in door jams and seals. Engine looked horrible, which also reassured me the vehicle was not taken care of. I explained to them that I was a single father with full custody, this was suppose to be a purchase to help me out. Obviously not their concern, along with customer service being non existent. Now instead of what I was promised, it has been a financial burden. The sales associate ignored my attempts to get something done for 2 days, then finally responded with a rude and insinuating response. Tried reaching out after and got no response. Worse dealership experience. On day of purchase after getting a sitter and a ride, I was told I wouldnt be leaving with the vehicle.the same day and would have to wait two.weeks. even tho I had a check from my bank. So I wasted money on setting up a ride and sitter, only to.be contacted after canceling both, then was told I could take it that day. So more money wasted lining up a ride to a dealership an hour away, had to find another babysitter. And then was basically ignored after arriving at dealership and waited for another hour, after being told the previous day that everything would be ready and I'd be in and out. They need to fix this vehicle and stand by their promises. Who screws over a disabled veteran who is also a single parent trying to.do the right thing? FISHER IMPORTS thats who More
