I purchased a 2016 Chevy Malibu and made a friend that day. He spoke to me like a person, not like a potential sale. He introduced himself to me and made it clear that there was no pressure, handed me his card, smiled and walked away. He did not hover over me, he did not pressure me, he did not try to talk me into something that I did not want. I knew at that second, if I were to make a purchase that day, he would be my salesperson. When I became concerned that I might not be able to drive home a car that day, he made me feel alright, reassuring me he would do everything possible. He kept me entertained with a fantastic personality which in turn made my time go by quickly.
