Overall OUTSTANDING Service and PROFFESIONALISM! Yesterday, after being insulted by several other dealerships while shopping for a new car for my husband I turned into this dealership and started wal Yesterday, after being insulted by several other dealerships while shopping for a new car for my husband I turned into this dealership and started walking around looking at some very beautiful cars. I had never seen new Chevys and my hub is a ford man 100%. I was approached by a very relaxed man named Ron Doub after only 2 minutes or so. He was smiling, pleasant but not in the typical (oh no a car salesman) way. He was casual and professional. I explained that I had not even been approached or respected by the last dealership at Sharrett VW and when I asked about the new VW's I was told I will never be able to afford one. Anywho, I wanted a reliable new car good on gas, had "not so good credit" and was honest with Ron. I told him my hubs car had 354k miles and at any moment would break down going to work. He made suggestions based on LISTENING TO ME and found me a Chevy Cruz diesel that gets over 50mpg. Not only that but it was 4500 off selling price loaded brand new. OMG I test drove it and fell completely in love with everything. Great pick up, brand new, a pretty bad xxx looking little she devil of a car I knew my husband would love it too. He then went to his sales mgr, explained where I needed my payment to be and my credit issues. They both performed a miracle and got us approved with a 2.9% interest rate with hardly any money down. I cannot even describe my complete joy with the service and quality I received after being rejected by others and I don't ususally write reviews but this new car and peace of mind and unexpected respect of all of these people here towards the customer has to be told to everyone. Michael Allen did our financing and it was seamless and he was a true gentleman. He never made us feel intimidated. This place and these people have skill in every dept of car sales.
