They are very fair and up front and try their hardest to get you in and out quick. In one instance they refused to let me even pay when they thought too much time had elapsed. Nobody else that I know does that (Thanks Alicia). The mechanics sometimes come out to even talk to you if you have any questions and they are definitely very qualified compared to some places I've been. The service advisors are all also helpful and pleasant as is the customs relations manager Alicia Umbel who always emails you to ask if you have any questions or concerns. Alicia is amazing and a one of a kind overachiever who works harder than anyone at making you the customer happy. We are so spoiled by her and you will be to if you get service with Fitz VW . Its hard these days to find a place that is high quality w/o any head aches but Fitz makes dealing with car ownership a stress free and happy experience. More

Buying a new car from Fitzgerald was very quick and easy We had spent months researching, and a little more than a week attempting to acquire a new family car to replace our older one. We initially searched closer to home, but the dealers in our area did not have the stock that Fitzgerald had. When they repeatedly tried to transfer a vehicle, multiple times we were told the vehicle was no longer available. In the midst of this, and somewhat accidentally, we discovered a specific vehicle that appeared to meet our needs on Fitzgerald's website. Upon initially inquiring via web-based chat, we were very quickly put in touch with Jason Saville. Jason confirmed the vehicle was available and held it for us until the next morning. We arrived at 9 am, and were out the door with the car by around noon. Throughout the process, Jason was very easy going, friendly, and courteous. When we declined certain products that we didn't need (such as financing through Fitzgerald), we appreciated that he didn't continue to push (as some dealerships are known to do). Upon working out the financial details with Mike Bennett, we also found this to be a very easy-going and stress-free process. In the end, we found Jason and Mike to be very pleasant to work with and we only wish we found them sooner. We wholeheartedly recommend Fitzgerald Auto Mall to others, and only wish it weren't so far from where we live. More

As awesome as car-buying can be I went into Fitz knowing the exact car I wanted and the amount of time I had to buy it (less than 2 hours). He knew the Rogue inside and out and was able to tell me all about it while we test drove. Very nice. Very soft spoken and considerate. All around great salesman. When I got back to Finance and finalized everything with Zach, I got another breath of fresh air. He was totally down-to-earth and even expedited the process for me once he realized I had a little boy at home waiting for me and my new car. Awesome guy to deal with!! I will definitely go back. I started with online questions & Jason was more than patient with the process of educating us in this new world. To add to the complexity, the car I was interested in was in Rockville and could only be sold by that Fitzmall as an authorized Hyundai dealer. Jason walked us through a process that, though time consuming on the front end, allowed me to purchase in Frederick rather than making repeated trips to Rockville to try to accomplish the purchase. He was VERY responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls and worked as an intermediary with the Rockville dealer to get our financing and to get the paperwork accomplished so that by the time we said 'yes' to the vehicle, the paperwork just needed to be signed. (We must admit that in the midst of the process, we really didn't understand the end game that all the paperwork had to come to Frederick with the car before we'd made a decision, but again Jason chaperoned us through, handled our frustration kept looking for ways to be helpful in the process and did it all with a smile on his face.
