I had an oil change there on 7/20/2024. Have had no problems having my Equinox serviced there, until that visit. I started noticing oil spots in my driveway, had my son pop the hood on it Have had no problems having my Equinox serviced there, until that visit. I started noticing oil spots in my driveway, had my son pop the hood on it and immediately saw the problem, the dipstick was not seated and oil was being thrown all over the engine and in my driveway.. not happy about that at all. Will call the dealership to speak to someone about this. More

We brought our car in for problems starting it and a seat belt light that was on. We were charged $270.00 for separate diagnostic tests and got no answers.
