I had an oil change there on 7/20/2024. Have had no problems having my Equinox serviced there, until that visit. I started noticing oil spots in my driveway, had my son pop the hood on it Have had no problems having my Equinox serviced there, until that visit. I started noticing oil spots in my driveway, had my son pop the hood on it and immediately saw the problem, the dipstick was not seated and oil was being thrown all over the engine and in my driveway.. not happy about that at all. Will call the dealership to speak to someone about this. More
Unfortunately this will be the last time o take my van there, I requested an oil change and my left turn signals were not working, I spoke to Chris the advisor I told him I doubt that it’s all the bulbs there, I requested an oil change and my left turn signals were not working, I spoke to Chris the advisor I told him I doubt that it’s all the bulbs on that side, they proceeded to change bulbs anyways and spent almost an hr trying to find the problem, the bulbs were fine they did not had to replace them I got home checked the fuses and found the BCM fuse broken! You would think an experienced technician would start by checking the fuses first but this was not the case, I need a refund for the extra money I paid I will only pay for the oil change, I spoke to the service director he said he was going to get back to me but that was not the case. Horrible service not happy at all!! More
I’m an out of state visitor to Maryland and it’s my third time needing to use Chevrolet service dept at Fitzgerald Chevrolet in Frederick. Each time I was able to get into the dept quickly. The last two time time needing to use Chevrolet service dept at Fitzgerald Chevrolet in Frederick. Each time I was able to get into the dept quickly. The last two times my advisor was Mauricio. He is very quick, professional yet still is friendly. My work has been done on time as promised and the prices are fair. The waiting area is very comfortable. I guess the biggest thing for me is trust in a dealership and this service dept has earned my trust. More

Absolutely horrible service. Wanted to charge me $125+ to diagnose a problem that they had diagnosed before and did not charge for before ... A simple fuse. They even checked the records of my account and saw it had been covered. My warranty is still active. Then because I resisted this absurd charge Christopher Wilson and Jesus Santanilla refused to service my oil change and tire rotations because they hadn't sold me the warranty while for 2 years their location has been servicing my vehicle just fine. Additionally they tried to sell me a change of transfer case fluid because it's "recommended" at 45,000 miles though their own Chevrolet manual says it doesn't need changing till 155,000 miles. Rather than simply put in a fuse that costs them a few dollars they would rather inconvenience and lose a long-term customer. I don't recommend in any way going to this dealer service department but if you have to, see if you can speak with Tom ... He's helpful, respectful, and calm. These other two guys were pulling a major power trip. Good luck. More
