If I could leave no stars I would. I called up to inquire about a Hyndai Tucson Hybrid after I filled out all their paperwork. The moron who answered the phone said that they did not have any.. I asked why when your website clearly states that you have them and it lists a VIN. The A..... then says "All cars have VINs". He kept arguing with me and would NOT LISTEN. Then he finally told me they were not getting ANY. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! More
Had to wait 3 weeks for a service appointment. Touchless carwash tore my antenna cap off, and the mirror quit folding on my Genesis. I have an extended powertrain warranty. This dealership, as I w Touchless carwash tore my antenna cap off, and the mirror quit folding on my Genesis. I have an extended powertrain warranty. This dealership, as I was previously warned, is a rude rip-off. They wanted $500 for a $13 part, and $140 an hour for labor, just to even look at my mirror. They were sooo rude to my non-confrontational husband (people shouldn't be spoken to that way), they said our car has no warranty, I have the warranty paper right here. If you want to be ripped off and lied to after waiting 3 weeks for appointment, choose this dealership. Please check my other reviews, more specifically my other Huyundia dealership review, I'm not a miserable person, but don't mistreat my family, my time, my finances or my possessions. Run from these rude theives. Huyundia Corporate should secret shop this dealership, then probably end up revoking their dealership privileges back into the auto-mall they crawled out from. I called warn I was reviewing they didn't care. Please check Google Reviews for proof of my warranty. They should have called to apologize and made this right, they do not care. More
Just bought a black on black leather Santa Fe Calligraphy from this dealer today and it was the easiest purchase experience I've ever had with a new car dealer. Even in these unprecedented times with supply from this dealer today and it was the easiest purchase experience I've ever had with a new car dealer. Even in these unprecedented times with supply chain issues and the lack of sufficient new vehicle inventory, I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the Tampa area looking for a new Hyundai. The Fitz Way refers to this dealership being a one price store and everything is posted on the website, even the F&I products one can purchase if desired and with the requisite pricing next to each item. Also, for a Florida new vehicle dealer, the doc fee is lower than most I have seen ($699) and the only other fee, other than your tag transfer, is a $98 electronic filing fee. This fee is also lower than most other new vehicle dealers charge in Florida. My salesperson was Ken Logan and he was great and the 90 minutes spent with him at delivery was relaxed and efficient. Ken made sure the vehicle was detailed and fully fueled before I showed up so it was easy to just set up the Blue Link and Sirius XM trial. I spent another 30 minutes in the vehicle setting up my profile and pairing my phone; I didn't need a lot of help as I also have a new Palisade Calligraphy and the two vehicles are almost identical in terms of the features and set up. In short, Ken was a great salesperson and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Hyundai in the Tampa area. Lastly, I would like to than the General Sales Manager, Lane Campbell, as Lane allowed me to buy my new Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy as I live about 200 miles away from the dealership in the St. Augustine area. My sincere thank you to Lane for working with me to get this deal done and for putting me with Ken Logan to do the paperwork and take delivery so quickly and efficiently. Thank you Fitzgerald Countryside Hyundai!!! More
Had an appointment with Leandra to drive a Santa Fe Hybrid but as we were heading to the dealership she texted to say she had to run out to pick up her daughter (understandable) and to speak to Andrew Hybrid but as we were heading to the dealership she texted to say she had to run out to pick up her daughter (understandable) and to speak to Andrew Henry when we got there. Was directed to Andrew and he had no idea we were coming. There were no hybrids on the lot for us to drive. We asked Andrew to take a look at what inventory was available while we strolled through the used cars to see if anything caught our eye. When he did not come back out to help us we went inside to find him helping another customer. After waiting 10-15 minutes for him to get free we asked another sales associate with no customers if he could help us. He told us to wait and then went to the sales manager's desk. After a bit Andrew was called to the sales manager's desk where they seemed to be having an argument amongst the sales associates and the manager. After waiting another 15 minutes with no one helping us... we left. This was a classic case of very poor management leading to terrible customer service. More
Had 1pm appt and girl took keys told her it was recall and waited an hr and asked about car and was told I had to see advisor well why wasnt I told when I got there. Then they said I would have to wait 2h and waited an hr and asked about car and was told I had to see advisor well why wasnt I told when I got there. Then they said I would have to wait 2hrs more. Got car and left 1st and last time I will service there. I should of been told to see advisor and told girl I'll be outside till car is ready and she said ok. She took keys said do u have appt I said yes for recall and took car which they parked and never even looked at it. Very poor service. New port richie dealership definitely has a much nicer staff and ur dealership should make sure customer is taken care of. This problem would of been resolved upon arrival especially when u have an appt. Training in customer service is definitely needed More
I am in the market for a new Hyundai and there are very few cars available. Fitzgerald’s had a car inbound that I was interested in. I was told that I could not put a deposit down to purchase the vehicle few cars available. Fitzgerald’s had a car inbound that I was interested in. I was told that I could not put a deposit down to purchase the vehicle because I did not live in Clearwater. I live 80 miles south of Clearwater and was told that was to far to be considered in their local area. I was told that I could purchase the vehicle when it came in if nobody had put a deposit on it from the Clearwater area. I do understand that they would like to keep potential buyers local, but with the new car shortages us consumers are forced to expand our buying area to find the desired car. Nobody should be restricted to a certain area while shopping for an automobile! When the manufacturer’s get caught up with production and dealerships have their lots flooded with automobiles, they will be begging customers to drive a few extra miles to purchase from them! More
Salesman Martin Barrett was very helpful and not pushy. Will retain to this salesman when ready to purchase. AVOID! Brought my 2017 Hyundai Tucson for servicing since the air conditioning stopped working after only 38,000 miles. My service rep was Garrett Gale. Ex Brought my 2017 Hyundai Tucson for servicing since the air conditioning stopped working after only 38,000 miles. My service rep was Garrett Gale. Explained to him the situation regarding the air conditioner as well as the coolant in my reservoir goes from full to completely empty in a matter of 6-7 months. Stated to me engine coolant is 50% water and having to fill the entire reservoir in 6 months was normal due to evaporation (Which is entirely incorrect. On average you lose about 3-5 ounces of coolant a year, not an entire gallons (reservoirs) worth). Few hours later I receive a call back and I'm asked if I had been involved in a wreck, which obviously I had not (clearly no damage to the cars body or on the cars history report). He also states the coolant missing may also be connected to the damage to the condenser despite saying earlier in the day it was normal to lose a gallon of coolant in 6 months. I then get a call 30 minutes later that there is metal broken on the condenser and this was caused by a rock somehow flying through the front of the cars grill, air filter, and other components, striking it. I asked, how did they know a rock did this? Garrett states he doesn't know this and this is just the narrative he has come up with. He also states to me that metal is "indestructible" and doesn't break on its own. It would cost 1200 dollars to fix my AC condenser because Hyundai would not reimburse them if they sent the defective condenser back. Dave Bartelis refused to work with us on any kind of price. 1200 dollars or nothing. Ignore any kind of feedback that they will leave below. They are only required to respond by policy and it will be disingenuous. Also, the car isn’t under my name, which they will comment we couldn't find you in our system. It's in my fiances name. More
