Fitzmall is among the top dealers in the region, especially for ser Hyundai is a superior brand, all of its vehicles are great values for the price.. Fitzmall is among the top dealers in the region, especially for service after the sale. The buying experience, know what your in for. The Fitzmall price, incorporates all Hyundai incentives, which all go to the dealer, the price you are quoted is on a take or leave it basis, no wiggle room to negotiate, unless you are pumping more money (down payment) or trade equity into your deal. It's a little frustrating. The finance floor guys give you the "take it or leave it" approach....along with down selling to meet a payment point. So it's a twist on the sell game, but it's always hard to sign over incentives to the dealer, what if I as a customer wanted to repurpose those funds, I don't get that choice. Still. The value, quality, built, performance, and security of Hyundai more than makes up for the fickle nature of the dealership, yes the house always carries the edge, but a buyer should also feel the win. Hopefully things will improve in the future. More
