Customer service is not a concept with which they appear to be familiar. They were consistently terrible about communicating updates. If your specific representative is unavailable, they are unable to acce to be familiar. They were consistently terrible about communicating updates. If your specific representative is unavailable, they are unable to access your files. The accounting dept. does not notify the service dept when a payment has been made. In spite of several days advance notice that I was coming to pick up my car, it took 45 minutes for them to get it out of the parking lot. And finally, when I returned a voice mail inquiring about the quality of my service (!) I was transferred 4 times (IT? Sales? Another location altogether?); I never did reach customer service. This is one dysfunctional organization. More

I have bought two cars from Fitzgerald Rockville and they are leaps and bounds above any other car sales experience I’ve ever had in my 55 years. This Single mom was treated with respect and transparency th are leaps and bounds above any other car sales experience I’ve ever had in my 55 years. This Single mom was treated with respect and transparency through the whole process. There was a bump in communication some months later in paperwork which could have harmed me financially however the management made it more than right with a full apology. I would not go anywhere else More

Great, friendly service! I purchased a 2020 Kona yesterday and had a great experience with everyone I had contact with at this dealership. Starting with an email exchange with Larry Payne, who worked with us to do an online deal with the sales manager, Jake D'Alessio, who we met upon arriving at the dealership. We then finalized our purchase with Jennifer Kim and Joe Judge, business manager. Everyone was friendly, professional and made me feel like I mattered to them. I highly recommend this dealership, and even though I live 45 minutes away, I will probably be coming back when I need service to my vehicle. More
