Purchased a used car recently. The car had some paint issues but as part of the purchase they agreed to fix them. I dropped the car off a few days after the purchase. They've now had my car for nearly 2 issues but as part of the purchase they agreed to fix them. I dropped the car off a few days after the purchase. They've now had my car for nearly 2 weeks and I have no idea when I'll get it back. I've called each day and every day they say it will be ready the following day. The next day when I call to see if I can pick the car up they say it isn't ready and will be ready the next day. This has gone on 5 days in a row. I was told I would hear from the service manager the last 2 days but no word. Pretty awful service so far outside of actually buying the vehicle. Tong and Leo were great. That said I'm glad I didn't purchase the service package they tried pushing on me when I bought the car. Just awful service department experience so far. More

I have bought two cars from Fitzgerald Rockville and they are leaps and bounds above any other car sales experience I’ve ever had in my 55 years. This Single mom was treated with respect and transparency th are leaps and bounds above any other car sales experience I’ve ever had in my 55 years. There was a bump in communication some months later in paperwork which could have harmed me financially however the management made it more than right with a full apology. I had an appt to service my car because of a flat left front tire. Mohammed arranged for my vehicle to be towed to the dealership. It turned out the valve stem on the tire was the real "culprit". We then finalized our purchase with Jennifer Kim and Joe Judge, business manager. Everyone was friendly, professional and made me feel like I mattered to them.
