I was hesitant at first, but Larry did not pressure me in the least, so I felt at ease coming back to complete my purchase, The original car I looked at was there for me almost a week after my test drive, so I guess it was meant to be! Because I have a history with this dealership and have referred folks before, I felt comfortable. My new Santa Fe is AWESOME! My kids are happy to have a bigger space and I am thrilled with the new safety features. I know that if I have any problems, Fitz is just a phone call away. My only suggestion is to go during off hours because I waited a little longer than I wanted to, but it was worth it. They also worked with me to get the paperwork in at my convenience. Sales and service are bad My sister tried to buy a car from here in 2013, she loved the 2013 Black Sonata 2.0T Limited they had in the showroom but the sales people were pushy My sister tried to buy a car from here in 2013, she loved the 2013 Black Sonata 2.0T Limited they had in the showroom but the sales people were pushy and made her uncomfortable. We ended up buying the car from the Gaithersburg location and they had to take it out of the Rockville showroom. The service department is absolutely horrible. Yesterday 07/13/2016, the 2013 Sonata caught on fire and I had to put it out. I called roadside assistance and they told me that they will tow the car to the closest Hyundai location. I knew Rockville was the closest and really DID NOT want my car to go there. I have worked with the Hyundai service department in the past in Rockville and I refuse to go back. They are rude and unwilling to help. Lester was very rude and told me to take my business elsewhere as he would not be able to look at my car for at least a week. Outrageous, not that the Gaithersburg location is much better, but I believe Rockville is the worst. More

Friendly accurate service The staff really went out of their way to find me a car that matched my description. At no time did they offer another car than the one I wanted. So they did find a car in a timely manner....24 hours. The car I was having delivered was a red color. One of your staff called and said the red one had damage and they could not sell it to me. I was thankful of their honesty. So the staff member said they could get the exact same car but in a different color. Turns out I got lucky...the orange color looks amazing and I'm glad I didn't get the red one. Thanks again to the crew at Fitzgerald for the kindness and professionalism. More

I'm from NY and just about every car salesperson there will push for a down payment and extras that you may (probably) not want. None of that happened here. Aside from some fairly minor mishaps, I am overall satisfied with the dealership. They have a large inventory and very aggressive prices. I came here based on a recommendation before I went back to Ourisman, which was where I purchased my last car. Why didn't I post EXCELLENT? Well, I got a good price but not GREAT. I didn't get any extras that other dealers in the past gave me (floor mats, wipers, mud guards, insurance/registration holders, etc). The decor of the dealership could use some updating. But I would say most people in the market for a car are looking for a good price and service. With respect to that, I would say I got what I was looking for and am satisfied. More
