I was very pleased with my experience at Fitzgerald. I was greeted promptly by Mr. Kenaa and he was able to answer any questions I had about the car. Mr. Kenaa was able to locate the color car I wanted from another dealership and have it shipped to me the next day. When I came to pick the car up, I was greeted by several employees and directed where to go. Mr. Kenaa was retrieving the car when I arrived and several people asked if I needed help and took the initiative to contact him. It was an overall great experience More

We were excited to get a new or used car but of course very leery of how the process would work (ie; sales person being pushy!). We came in to the dealership one Saturday just too look at the cars and che very leery of how the process would work (ie; sales person being pushy!). We came in to the dealership one Saturday just too look at the cars and check them out and Larry Payne was the first person that helped us. Not ONCE did Larry ask us when were were buying. Unlike the next dearlership we went to that asked us 3 times(in that visit!) if we were going to buy that day! Larry was wonderful and so patience with the multiple test drives we did, he was quick on response time in getting us information we needed, and just a nice genuine person to work with! WE LOVE our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe! We even got leather AND a sunroof put in because the price was right! And it looks great! Thank you, Larry for all your help! And thank you for making the experience so special with zero pressure! Driving from Bethesda to Arlington everyday for work will be more fun! Now, if only the traffic would disappear! More

He was very knowlegeable in the car which i bought at the end of the deal. Feleke is a great sales agent, he was very friendly, not a pushy sales person which an A+ for me. He kept his word on finding me the car i wanted, he made me feel very comfortable on the sale. The team at Fitz is excellent and my next car will be bought through them again. We found the best price for the model we wanted at Fitzgerald White Flint Hyundai. I did a lot of research online prior to scheduling our test drive. Feleke and I exchanged several emails before actually meeting. He was always quick to respond and answered any questions I had. I found Feleke to be very knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and friendly. My husband and I did not feel rushed or pressured during the process. Feleke came in on his day off to accompany us on the test drive and he stayed passed the closing time to assist us in getting everything wrapped up with our purchase. The quote I was given online and via email held true and there were no hidden fees. Buying a new car can be a stressful process but we had a great experience. More
I found this dealership by looking for used cars online. I filled out an online request and first thing the next morning, I had an email from Mr. Feleke Kenaa, who was very responsive. I was interested in a Hyundai that was on another Fitzgerald lot, and he arranged to have it driven to the White Flint lot so I could look at it. When it looked like someone else might buy the car before I had the option of test driving it, he let me know, and arranged a backup with similar specs and price to be available. Not once was he pushy or tried to get me to spend more money. I should also mention that he did all of this on his day off. We weren't able to come test drive the car until after work, and he stayed at the dealership with us until nearly 10pm, even though it closed at 9. Since we bought the car, Feleke has been in touch to make sure there weren't any issues and to help us through the process of getting DC tags and registering the car. I would definitely buy from here again, and would work with Feleke. More
I give Fitzgerald Hyundai in North Bethesda the Highest Ratings Across the Board. Fitz is one of the very few dealership to post the prices of new cars on the internet and there are no last second efforts Ratings Across the Board. Fitz is one of the very few dealership to post the prices of new cars on the internet and there are no last second efforts made to get you into a more expensive car or to add more expensive options. In effect, Fitz is a "non dealer" ship auto store (mall). The sales people are knowledgeable and very accommodating. I don't know why a consumer would go anywhere else to purchase a new car. Also, Niel Xing, the Finance Mgr at Fitz in N. Bethesda was very professional and extremely helpful in figuring out which financing and service options made the most sense for us. All in all, this is an A+++ automobile "dealer". More

I first test drove the 2013 Veloster Turbo at Ourisman in Bowie, where they were friendly, but did not instill me with a whole lot of confidence that they were straight shooters. I talked to Feleke at Fitzgerald, the salesman from Ourisman and 2 other dealerships through email and definitely got a sense for what good and bad customer service really is! It is unbelievable that other dealerships would send me information that was incomplete or incomprehensible: pictures of invoices that I could not read... emails with incomplete sentences or just unfriendly, such as, "Hi, wehave it bye." (Quoted from Ourisman) It was obvious to me who wanted my business and who just did not care. Feleke and Fitzgerald were professional and attentive the entire time. I knew the car I wanted was rare and so I kept a dialogue with the other dealerships as long as possible to see where I may be able to get "the best deal", but it was really not worth the headache, looking back on it - and there were many, many headaches! Feleke and I only spoke over the phone for a couple weeks and he never pressured me to come in or to hurry up and make a decision. I finally told him the exact car I wanted (colors and options) and he told me that they could definitely get that car for me. Another dealership had said there was no way they could get that car... it would be too much of a loss for them to trade another dealer.. blah blah blah... and then they proceeded to talk me into another car they had on their lot (Pohanka Hyundai). Well, it was no problem with Fitzgerald.. they just said YES. Even when the first car they had found fell through... they found another one 300 miles away (!) and got it for me. I got the exact car I wanted, with no hassle.. at a very reasonable price.. all before entering the dealership!! Is that possible? I didn't think so before my experience at Fitzgerald! When I came in to pick up the car, they did their duty to inform me of the options available (extended warranty, GAP insurance, etc), but it only took saying NO one time and they moved on. NO pressure... none. Feleke went the extra mile to make sure the car war perfectly clean and went over each feature and button with me before I drove off the lot. It was definitely more than I expected and I am so appreciative of his time and car in the whole entire process. He is an honest salesman and a kind person... he treated me with nothing but respect. I don't ever really write reviews for anything.. but I had to write a review for Feleke and Fitzgerald... they are both more than deserving of the praise. I recently went to Fitzgerald's Hyundai, located in North Bethesda, and was pleasantly pleased by the service that I received. I was in search of a new car and within an hour I had found exactly want I had b Bethesda, and was pleasantly pleased by the service that I received. I was in search of a new car and within an hour I had found exactly want I had been looking for. With the assistance of Ben (the salesman) and Pete (the manager) I ended up with great customer service and a great deal. Ben was so extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful during the entire process. He thoroughly answered all of my questions, made sure I had an opportunity to test out all of the features on the car, and even took the time to explain all of the technical aspects of the car. I absolutely despise pushy salesmen and Ben was far from that. Thanks Ben! Pete was equally as helpful. He made sure I got the best deal possible and was friendly and personable. The excellent service did not stop there. After taking the car home and noticing a small scratch on the bumper, I immediately called Ben thinking I would get the run-around and again, to my surprise, I was told to come in the following day and that they would take care of everything. No questions...no running around. I took the car to their body shop where a gentleman by the name of Isaac took great care of me. He was friendly and courteous and although they were completely booked he squeezed me in and fixed the car. I have absolutely no complaints! I hope to continue my relationship with them as I am sure that I will soon be purchasing another car for my brother. Thank you guys for your superior service! You will definitely be seeing me again.
