We've been a Subaru Outback family for decades. . so there was little other option when we needed another vehicle for our new driver. The Crosstrek provided all the safety, security and longevity that we needed - so when I told Matt I was interested in a used Crosstrek with low mileage, single owner but most importantly: GOOD SERVICE RECORDS - he quickly found a few that would work for our family. Of course, I chose one that he didn't have on the lot but he was able to quickly retrieve it for us to test out within 30 minutes. Of course it fit everything I asked for. Zero stress, Zero pressure, Zero complications. There was even a 'wild animal' demonstration in the dealership when I showed up - testament to Subaru's longstanding commitment to the environment. The financial office was a breeze, much thanks to Marco. The Crosstrek is definitely dog friendly - and is making an excellent addition to our family. The 'FitzWay" is not just a slogan - but a mission statement that rings true. I was introduced to most of the staff - all with smiles and 'we'll get that done for you' attitude. I found Erol to be professional, easy to talk to, well informed about cars and features, and patient with questions from a customer who hadn't bought a car in almost two decades.
