Hossein was wonderful to work with. It was my fiance's and my first time buying a new car by ourselves and we were so anxious about the whole process. There are so many negative reviews and horror stories and my first time buying a new car by ourselves and we were so anxious about the whole process. There are so many negative reviews and horror stories about shady car dealers and sleazy car salesmen that we just felt really stressed about the entire process. Thank goodness we went to Fitzgerald Subaru and met Hossein. He was very transparent about the entire process and explained to us each step, answered our questions knowledgeably and professionally, and was very courteous, polite, helpful, and accommodating. Hossein is someone to be trusted when buying a car; he looks out for the best interest of the customer and is not out to make a quick buck off of the customer. Initially, we wanted to buy a used Subaru Outback. However, Hossein explained to us that it was really much better that we buy a new car instead (financing is better, warranty, clean auto history, etc.) without being pushy. He sincerely wanted us to enjoy whatever car we would eventually buy and ensure that our money is well-spent. We eventually decided to get the 2012 Subaru Forester, and we are just enjoying our new car! As for the dealer: we liked Fitzgerald's no-haggle policy and the fact that they assured us their prices are the best in the area. (They were. We looked at a ton of web sites before heading to the dealer and they even beat those prices we saw). They have a really good loaner car program that we availed of. Their extra "new car" packages are something to really think about, as they do offer really good value especially if you plan to keep the car for a long time. Buying a new car is stressful enough as it is, so make it easier on yourself by heading to Fitzgerald's and looking for Hossein. More

I had a great experience buying my first Subaru with Hossein. He answered all of my questions and worked to get me a great rate - exactly what I was looking for. Even though they were closing for the day, Hossein and Marc McAdams both stayed late to help me with my purchase. Marc was extremely descriptive in assisting with my finances and I really enjoyed his kind personality as well. I'm so happy to be joining the Subaru family! Hossein was so caring - he could tell I was a little nervous to be driving a new manual car home, so he sat next to me in the car and reassured me. He also waited patiently as I took Marc's advice and added the vehicle to my insurance policy while on my cellphone before leaving the lot. He is honest and extremely knowledeable about Subarus. Hossein was low keyed and earnest. It was apparent from the start that his main concern was putting my wife and I in a car that suited our purpose. This is the second Subaru we have purchased from Hossein. The first Subaru saved my wife's life from a deadly accident on Interstate 85 in South Carolina. The car was totaled, but my wife was safe. There was no question in our mind that we would buy another Subaru. We did not hesitate to contact Hossein Zahed for a replacement Subaru due to our previous excellent experience. I cannot say enough nice things about this saleman. No, I am not a relative of Hossein, or an employee of Fitzgeral Subaru. In this day and age of greed, it is nice to see a Dealership that has integrity and offers you a very fair price for one of the safest vehicles on the road. Fitzgerald Subaru has a very low doucmentation fee, especially when you compare it to other Dealers. There Internet Pricing is aggressive, extremely competative. They give you an excellent price. I originally was not looking to buy a new car but was going to test drive a few options for when I finally did buy one (within 13 months). I spent over a month doing research and ended up narrowing my ch going to test drive a few options for when I finally did buy one (within 13 months). I spent over a month doing research and ended up narrowing my choices down to the Honda CRV, the Subaru Forrester and the Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited or Premium. I first test drove the Honda CR-V about a month ago and although I enjoyed the car I had some serious reservations about it. Two and a half weeks ago I went to Fitzgerald Subaru in White Flint because I had previously purchased a Legacy Wagon in 1995 and found both the sales crew and the service team to be very good. When I went in, it Constantin was the sales consultant I was handed to. I found him very knowledgable and friendly without being pushy. I test drove both a Forrester and then an Outback 2.5i Limited. Constantin took the time to let me give both vehicles a thorough test drive (far more time than the Honda dealer had) and both answered quetions and asked me questions to see what I was interested in. After the test drives I decided that the Outback was my preferred vehicle. Constantin was very patient with my questions and comments and never became pushy or aggressive. A week and a half ago I had friends in town and asked them to go on a second test drive and give me their opinions. That time we test drove a 2.5i PRemium and I realized that I preferred that substyle. Early this week I decided to actually buy the car and talked toa bargaining service. They got me several bids of which Fitzgeralds was actually the best offer. I went in and Constantin spent the time needed to help me. I had a 1999 Toyota Camry at the time and CarMax had made a better offer for it than Fitzgerald did (which I was not surprised about.) Constantin told me that while Fitzgerald was preppping my car I should take my car to CarMax to sell it to them and get my old tags and then call him when I was finished and he would pick me up and bring me back to Fitzgeralds to get my Outback. Everything went very good and he drove out in pouring rain to get me. Constantin and the rest of the people I dealt with were fantastic and a major reason that I will not only recommend Fitzgerald at White Flint to everyone (and am carrying Constantin's business cards in my glove box to give to people) but will only take my Outback to them for service. More
