I bought my used Subaru there and was very happy with the sales experience, a board, because their service is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Service staff berated me for scheduling my service too late (430pm) even though they are open until 7pm and it took less than 1 hour. I told them that I could come back another day but he said it was fine late (430pm) even though they are open until 7pm and it took less than 1 hour. I was extremely upset with the lack of service I received today. I picked up my car today after the service center was closed. In a showroom full of salesmen, not a single one was willing to help me install today. I picked up my car today after the service center was closed. In a showroom full of salesmen, not a single one was willing to help me install my two car seats. I had never installed car seats on my own before and was told "do the best you can and make an appointment to come back later to have them checked". I had to leave my 11 month old and 4 year old unattended in the waiting room while I went outside in the freezing cold to move my car seats from the loaner car back to my own vehicle. While none of those more than half a dozen men may have been trained in installing car seats, I'm sure even one could have been a big help to me in figuring out how to put them in my car instead of leaving me to struggle through the installation while my kids were left on their own. Simply put, I was shocked by this lack of service! More

My WRX wagon always goes to Fitzgerald for service even though there's a closer Subaru dealer to our house - the work is high quality, the price is right, and there's WiFi *and* decent coffee in the waitin though there's a closer Subaru dealer to our house - the work is high quality, the price is right, and there's WiFi *and* decent coffee in the waiting room. I never feel like they're trying to add on unnecessary services; if any extra work is called for, they'll always explain exactly what they think needs to be done, why, and whether or not it's urgent or can wait a little while. We bought the WRX at Fitzgerald White Flint and were so impressed with the no-pressure atmosphere (their salespeople are on salary, not commission) that we drove all the way out to Fitzgerald Annapolis when my husband wanted a Mazda MX-5 (and had another great buying experience). At most dealerships there's a high turnover of salespeople. The two people who posted reviews in May 2009 said that their salesman was Hossein Zahedi. He was my salesman too - in March of 2003! More
