As of yesterday, I am the proud owner of a beautiful 2014 Camry SE Sport. This is the third car that I've purchased from Fitzgerald Toyota in Chambersburg, and there are many reasons why I'll continue to buy Camry SE Sport. First, the hassle free environment provides a less stressful and more enjoyable buying experience. Secondly, the level of knowledge and professionalism of my sales representative, Mike Bockstie, was top notch. Mike went the distance in order to get the color of Camry that I wanted and worked with me in order to have it delivered on a day that best suited my busy schedule. Mike was also very hospitable during the process, bringing me cold beverages and snacks between the sales and finance phases. Next, the finance manager, Eric Herzog, guided me through the finance portion with great attention to detail. Eric addressed all of my questions about the service plans and loan with precision and displayed utmost concern for my financial well-being. As a member of the Naval Reserve, Eric ensured that I received an additional rebate through his extensive "leg work" and working with corporate Toyota reps. Before leaving the dealership, Mike went over all of the options and specs with me for a second time to ensure that I had a safe and comfortable drive home. Now, I'm looking forward to getting some extra accessories installed that was offered by Jelyn Waltz, a valuable asset to the sales team. We went up to just look at the 2013 Camry's that were left and ended up driving one home due to the exceptional service we received from Mike, A.J. and Eric. Please do not go to this dealer if you have to finance through them. They told me multiple times they would not pull my credit and a few days later I started getting letters from banks about the loan I ap through them.
