Frank and john is very helpful. But in some dept, they are not well coordinated. Like when we go to the service center for zurich shield, they service center doesn’t have any idea t But in some dept, they are not well coordinated. Chris was also able to come through for us to locate the CC XLE with all the safety features essential for rookie drivers. He kept us posted with the progress, setting realistic expectations and finally was able to get us the vehicle that my daughter needs. The whole experience with Chris has been great. There was no sales pressure, just information to update us on the status of the vehicle. He also did not try to sell us junk options like other dealers.
