I brought my white Sonata in to have the radio replaced. I received a loaner car while the service was being performed. The work was peformed and my Sonata was washed. However, when I returned home, I not I received a loaner car while the service was being performed. The work was peformed and my Sonata was washed. However, when I returned home, I noticed black scuff marks on the passenger, left quarter panel. The next morning I called Justin expressing my concern ove rthe scuff marks. Justin asked me when it would be convenient for me to bring it back. I told him I could be there within 30 min. When I got there, Justin immediately took the car back to have it cleaned, buffed, and made to look like new. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. More

I bought my Hyndai at this dealership and and I dearly love it...AND I got a great deal!! So of course I returned for service and have not been disappointed yet! The service writers are excellent... my favorites are two brothers Josh K. (sorry, I can't spell the last name...but who cares, he always remembers me and MY name!) and his older brother, (I have dealt with Josh the past 2 times) are friendly, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, very courteous, and always tell me up front how much the service will cost so I can RELAX... because I know there will be no surprises. If I choose to wait, I am kept always kept informed of my car's progress. While waiting snacks and water(bottled COLD) were passed around (REALLY! AWESOME! Vending machines were available but this was the same mix for FREE and offered in a basket! What hospitality...like a fancy hotel!) making the wait seem MUCH shorter and, I must say, most welcome. A very modern large flat-screen TV carried news/entertainment programming while magazines were available with plenty of OVER-SIZED seating everywhere making plus-sized folks like me feel much more at ease. Clean, well-stocked restrooms (yes, one for each gender) right in the waiting area were also a very thoughtful touch. My car was done in the expected amount of time. It was done right. It was washed, vacuumed, and waxed. I am one HAPPY CAMPER. You bet I am coming back to Fitzgerald's Hyndai for service on my car because they are the BEST! and so is Josh K. and his brother. I hate the car buying process. I tend to compare shop. I came to Fitzgerald and then went to two other dealerships, only to come right back. The staff here are phenomenal. They put everything out there and I didn't feel like I was being haggled like at some other places. Arthur made the car buying process the easiest I have ever had (this is my fourth car). He even made my family feel like his own, particularly when my son was getting antsy! Arthur made sure to find the exact vehicle I wanted, white with tan interior. I would highly recommend this dealership AND Arthur to anyone. More
Best car buying experience ever! Dealer price was very competitive and made me want to drive 50 miles to see if it truly was for real. The dark blue Elantra they had was gorgeous. I continued to keep my guard up until the final price came in. Can you believe there were no surprises and everything was as we agreed. And the paperwork was fast as well. Very satisfied customer. Robert Hess is the best! I contacted Robert via e-mail regarding purchasing my new Hyundai. He sent me two follow-up e-mails and was very nice when I spoke with him over the phone. I remembered him, called him, he made arrangements to get the car I wanted in his lot within an hour, and that night I drove home with my car. Rob was never pushy and was genuinely nice, which is important to me as I never want to feel like a salesperson is taking advantage of me. Rob and the man who did the financing (so sorry I don't remember his name)stayed late and worked everything out so that I left with the car. They were both kind and honest which I deeply appreciate, especially having a horrible experience at another dealership closer to my home(which I actually need to write a review about...). Driving from DC to Gaithersburg to purchase my car from Rob was definitely worth the ride! As a hybrid owner he understands my car and gave me some tips to help get the most out of my car. I am very happy with my purchase and will be back when it's time to purchase another Hyundai. More

He was totally aware of all capabilities of the new car, was able to explain every function of the car, and answered every question I asked related to the purchase and continued use of the 2012 Sonata limited.
