Fitzgerald VW in Annapolis Service Department is a rip-off and customer complaints to Mr. Sanders and Mr. Jenkins will get you nowhere. Hopefully, he'll read it here. Stay away from this incompetent, defensive service department staff who maintains that if they charge you for a repair, and you need to bring it in twice in two weeks for the same repair and it's still not fixed, they'll tell you that they haven't done anything wrong. Well, you haven't done anything right by taking my money while I still have the same repair issue. Fitzgerald VW should do the right thing and refund my money. That's the only fair thing to do. Have more respect for your customers--especially the ones who fight for our country. More

I was on the fence about trading in my 2003 VW Jetta when I first visited Fitzgerald, but I was interested in seeing what the new VWs had to offer. I was a little nervous about the possibility of being push I first visited Fitzgerald, but I was interested in seeing what the new VWs had to offer. I was a little nervous about the possibility of being pushed into a decision I wasn’t quite ready to make. I had done this before at other dealerships where the staff can be overly eager (pushy) to make a sale. After meeting Brian, I was immediately relieved and felt extremely comfortable. He explained the no-haggle pricing and took the time to show me all of the wonderful new features I was missing out on. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. I felt as though I was dealing with a friend instead of a salesman. I returned with my father 2 days later to take a test drive. Brian was very helpful in explaining the car as well as my payment options. I was still not quite ready to commit. My father was so impressed with our service that he said when I was ready to by a new car, I should definitely buy it from Fitzgerald. Over the next few days, I communicated with Brian via email. He responded promptly and thoroughly to all of my questions. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. The support and encouragement I received definitely expedited my decision. The process of purchasing the car was so smooth and painless. It was actually fun! I got a good price for my trade in, amazing financing, and a great price on the new car. Luis, the finance manager, was professional, friendly, and so fast! Brian made it clear that I could contact him if I had any additional questions about the car in the future. I have been the owner of a new beautiful white 2013 Jetta SportWagen TDI for almost a week and I absolutely love it!!! The panoramic sunroof is so cool! I was previously anti-sunroof but I have now been converted. My dog loves all of the extra space. All of the features are great and the gas mileage is unbelievable! The check in was quick and the staff were very courteous. They provided me with a loaner car which was clean and in very good shape. Service was performed under warranty so no cost to me. I asked for them to complete the $16 car wash while the car was there and to my surprise when I picked up my car there was no charge. Apparently I had earned a customer service bonus I did not realize I had and they applied it for me. They could have ignored it and collected for the car wash as I asked had requested it.
