UPDATE: After submitting this review the general manager, Jeremy Shaughnessy got involved and things quickly changed. Between Jeff and Blake in the service department they kept me informed of progress on my truck and it was repaired and ready for pickup the next day. Together they have restored my faith that they do care about customer satisfaction. On final comment, the key to ensuring customers are happy is to simply communicate to them what is going on and what to expect and when. Not hearing anything from anybody for several days is very frustrating.
