Our sales rep, Ty, was extremely helpful and patient. It took me several test drives because I expected to like the Trax but ended up with the Equinox. Ireally appreciated Alan Brown and his crew. God fearing group that had the person in mind. I thought the electric car would be more reliable - lest parts, etc. It’s the technology that's expe God fearing group that had the person in mind. He helped me decide between gas, electric and dual product. I financed that i never did that before and didn’t need to. Everything is changing so fast we can’t keep with the complexity. More training is needed. Where is the need for all the gizmos. Where is safety, budgets , purpose ( not appearance ) the the main objective for the buyer??? More
