Joe, I have taken literally DAYS with 5 Star to resolve this issue. At this point, I am spending my energy trying to get repairs done on a truck that you have had 6 shots at. I am not inclined to see your list of things. Long story short, you did not get the job done. Once I get my truck back from James Woods and I am satisfied with the results, I will be interested in comparing notes with the work done there and the work that was claimed to have been done at 5 Star. At this point, I have no reason to believe anything I am told by employees at 5 Star Chevrolet. Your guys can say what they want but the fact remains, I was lied to and that Joe, is INEXCUSABLE!

mreedtec, unfortunately we weren't allowed to complete the repairs. Since we were being directed step by step by the technicians at Chevrolet Corporate the repairs were taking longer than anyone wanted. I understand it is very frustrating when a vehicle has been in the shop as it interferes with both our work and personal schedules. As per your request, I hand delivered a check to your company office for fuel reimbursements. I hope the vehicle has been repaired to your satisfaction and again apologize for the miscommunications. It was never our intention to mislead you.

Was giving Five Star another chance. I called on Wednesday 8/14/2019 and set an appointment for Friday 8/16/2019 to get an oil change and state inspection. The appointment was for 7:30 am. Got there at 7:25 and checked in. So far, okay. It is now 12:01 pm and my truck is still "getting serviced" The first excuse was they were waiting on a filter from parts. That was at the 2 hour mark. Okay....the parts department is in the same building so I can see why it would take some time to get the filter. At the 3 hour mark, no excuse just still in service. At the 4 hour mark, service writer Amanda went to lunch so they cannot give me an update. This is not the first time I have had trouble getting good service here. They asked that we come back and give them another chance to give good service. Well.....they blew it. This place literally sucks at service. From setting the appointment (had to leave 2 voice mail messages to get a call back to just a simple oil change. They can't even pull that off. I will not be fooled again and go to Sam Packs Five Star Chevrolet!!!
