I am very pleased with the service I received on my last visit. I came in because I had heard about the ignition recall on the local news. I called and spoke with service consultant Tom who set me up with visit. I came in because I had heard about the ignition recall on the local news. I called and spoke with service consultant Tom who set me up with an appointment on my next day off. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Tom who immediately looked up my car in his computer and explained that my particular Cobalt was not part of that recall and that I had no worries about my ignition failing. He did however find a recall/service bulletin notice regarding a fuel leakage problem and asked me if I had noticed any problem. I told him that I could sometimes smell gasoline but had not noticed and leakage but that I park in public parking lots not in a garage so I probably wouldn’t notice a leak. He suggested that I go ahead and have the problem fixed and I agreed since I was already there. The work was done in a timely manner and I haven’t noticed and gasoline smells since. Overall I am VERY pleased with the way I was treated and with the service that my Cobalt received. I will continue to bring my Cobalt to Van any time service/repairs are needed. More

James Brown was the first to speak with me on the phone and made me feel comfortable enough to go test drive a Camaro at Van Chevrolet. He was very nice and made sure I knew what all the features are of the car. When we were done with the first drive he made sure I was happy and understood everything about the Camaro. We went inside and he introduced me to his manager James Chacon and the 2 of them walked me through the process. What surprised me was how comfortable I felt with the entire process and how James explained everything to me as it was happening. I was not sure about my credit and if I was getting a good deal but they showed me how my score compares to others and went over all of my payment options. I really couldn't believe how easy the whole thing was. GREAT JOB VAN CHEVROLET, you have a customer for life. I love my new Camaro and I will definitely send my friends to you. More
