From my very 1st contact with Porsha who handles internet inquiries, to Sita who showed me how everything works on my Chevy Equinox, and everyone in between. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door, and was immediately helped. Even the manager, Ken went out of his way to come by and introduce himself. Thanked me for coming in and let me know he was there to help in any way he could. William, (Billy) Washington was my sales person. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Never pushy! They worked with me on getting a great deal on the exact car I wanted. Then on to finance....Oliver helped me. Again, I was impressed. He made me feel so comfortable and made everything so easy to understand. After finance, I was ready to go home in my new car! I was expecting them to hand me the keys and I would have to figure everything out on my own. That's how it has been in the past. But no, Sita came and introduced herself and said she was going to go over everything in the car to show me how everything worked so that I was comfortable driving. Wow! I was just blown away. Did I mention that I came in late after I got off work. Every person that helped me stayed late just to take care of me. They did it with a smile on their face and never once rushed me. I left feeling very happy and did not really expect to hear back from anyone. I was wrong again. I have heard from them all.....Thanking me and just checking back to see if I had any questions, or if there was anything I needed. Love, Love, Love Five Star Chevrolet!
