I brought my 2017 Toyota Corolla in for warranty work and Jessy was the best communicator! My parts were on back order and the dates it was suppose to arrive changed a few times but Jessy communicated with m Jessy was the best communicator! My parts were on back order and the dates it was suppose to arrive changed a few times but Jessy communicated with me every single time there was a change. I understand the market is crazy! Once my parts came in, the tech, Will, did the work and now it’s good as new!! 5/5 ! I appreciate Jessy and Will! Being a female, I am cautious where I take my car.
