Had a check engine light on our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Warner Robbins dealership was nearest so we took it there. They diagnosed it as a bad spark plug wire and a bad coil. They made their recommended repairs, cleared the check engine light and sent us on our way. Next day, just 80 miles later, check engine light is back on and now engine is smoking like a mosquito fogger. Had it towed to different dealership because now we are no longer anywhere near Warner Robbins. Turns out we have a blown head gasket. So, Warner Robbins charged us over $1000 for labor and parts related to check engine. At minimum they misdiagnosed the problem. Worst case, they made it worse because they cleared the check engine light and let us drive it. They deny any wrong doing and won’t offer any recompense. Now we are doing a $4300 repair to engine. Just stating facts. You be the judge. More
