Five Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Warner Robins

Brought my daughters Jeep in for service as the check engine light was on. The Service Advisor calls me to tell me that the issue was that the previous service was wrong and some hoses were disconnected. engine light was on. When asked where I got the service done I explained that it was done by them. The Service advisor said "Oh that's not good". When I picked up the Jeep, the dealership charged me to fix their mistake. When I complained about it I was told that I was responsible for the payment. I paid the bill and went and asked to speak with the General Manager. I was told he was out and a General Sales Manager explained that he would talk with the Service Manager in the morning and give me a call. I have yet to receive a call from the Manager. This is the second time I have had issues with this service department. The Communication from the Service Department is horrible. More

Have bought several vehicles from Five Star over the years and most recently two weeks ago. Marcus and sales Department were awesome to work with on finding the exact truck that I wanted. This place is the worst on service.
