Worse service department I have ever dealt with. I have bought several cars from this dealership but would not again due to poor service department. I made an appointment to have my car serviced to fix an extremely loud rattling sound in the rear of my brand new Jeep Cherokee. I dropped the car off Wednesday night for my appointment at 0900 on Thursday. After they had the vehicle for two days I called to get the status. I was told that they had not yet had a chance to look at it and that it would be Monday before they could. They said there were still two vehicles ahead of mine. After receiving no word from the dealership I called late Monday evening to get an update. I was told that they had driven the car but could not hear the noise that I had reported. They did not bother to call me to ask for more details or tell me the next steps. In fact they never called me one time through this whole disappointing process. After never hearing a word from them on Tuesday I decided to pick my car up and find a more reputable dealership. More
