On two occasions I had to take my truck to the service department. Both times they did not let me down. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with service centers. My service rep (Nikki) and service manage department. Both times they did not let me down. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with service centers. My service rep (Nikki) and service manager (Joey) went above and beyond both times to make sure my vehicle was repaired. Both times the vehicle was in for repairs had nothing to do with the vehicle or previous repairs done by the dealership. One was an insurance claim and the other under power train warranty. More
