Thank you Joey! My sister was at a doctor's appointment and after getting her wheelchair out of her van, her remote would not close the hatch. She's very short and co My sister was at a doctor's appointment and after getting her wheelchair out of her van, her remote would not close the hatch. She's very short and couldn't reach the hand-hold to pull the hatch closed. Since 5 Star had previously worked on her van, she called them to let them know. Joey, in service, drove there and attached a belt to the hand-hold so she could pull the hatch closed manually until she could get her van back to them. Thank you, Joey! 5 Stars! More
