He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in what we needed in a vehicle if we were going to purchase. We had been to several dealerships before 5 star and found most salesmen don't listen to what we want, almost to the point of being arrogant, Fortunately, Josh was not the typical salesman. Paul McIntyre was a great salesman I walked into the dealership at 930 in the morning and didn't leave there until 6 that evening but it was the best experience I have had buying a car. Paul greeted me at the door and we sat down and I gave him the specific type of van I wanted and I wouldn't budge on color nor type and we sat and talked about my daughter and her medical condition and why I needed a can and Also why I want the specific color and interior and he worked all day literally until he found me the exact one I wanted and within the price range I wanted and I can tell you I want an easy customer but he showed he cared about his customer and went above and beyond and got me the whole package I needed and wanted. We even left there with my kids calling him some kinda superhero or something he put in their heads but he interacted with them which made it easier while we waited for the right can to pop up.
