I Love my new Dodge Durango, my salesman Marcus Jones was wonderful and very helpful. The finance department is another story, I did my entire deal over the phone due to the 100 miles difference. I knew my p wonderful and very helpful. The finance department is another story, I did my entire deal over the phone due to the 100 miles difference. I knew my payment and what I thought was my APR of 4.5%, even asked again upon arrival. I was told my credit score was 864, I said something about the interest being higher to be told it was $3200 in rebates that caused it. I signed the dotted line and didn't think to look at the interest rate because my payment didn't change, that is my fault for not verifying it. A week and half later I received a letter from Chrysler Capital they lowered my interest rate from 5.5% to 5.2%, ok wait what happened to the 4.5%? I called and spoke to Chris in finance, Chrysler capital, Chris multiple times and finally Tyler who talked about possibly making it right but in the end he didn't do it all because it would take to many man hours to pull the deal and do what was right especially since the truck wasn't titled yet which is easy and Chrysler already told me the dealer could defund the deal with no problems because it happens all the time. I do take responsibility for not looking at the paperwork but what they did was underhanded and just crooked. This is just some of the problems it would take to long to go into all the details. BEWARE make sure you look at your interest rate and do not believe anything finance tells you and make sure you get your paperwork on paper because you may find out later you didn't have the contract part on your USB device they give you. Yes I did get nasty but after I got lied to and told so much contradictory BS I feel like it was done because I was a single woman. I absolutely would not ever refer anyone to this dealership unless they had their own financing and had all details prior! More
