Alan was very knowledgable of the vehicle and ensure I felt comfortable with the deal before I signed any paperwork. Mr. Johnson was a pleasure to work with. I called Mr. Johnson during the work day and explained that I would be driving from about 2 hours out of town to come see the car I was interested in. This is my third car I have purchased from Five Star in Warner Robins.. They are always friendly and helpful.. They work with you to get the best possible deal.. The service we received from Five Star Dodge and Ronnie Moore was impeccable. My husband and I would highly recommend. After numerous stressful and nonproductive accounts with another dealership over the Moore was impeccable. My husband and I would highly recommend. After numerous stressful and nonproductive accounts with another dealership over the course of two weeks. Because being military stationed overseas and coming back to the states we were in desperate need of purchasing a vehicle quickly. After being treated horribly by this other dealership I happened to call Five Star Dodge to inquire about a vehicle and was connected to Ronnie Moore. At this point we were stressed and at our wits end and about to give up hope for awhile, without another option ahead. Thats when Ronnie asked me to just come in, talk with them, take a look around, and he would "Get it Done" and that he sure did. Ronnie was professional and lived up to his word. He worked the "Deal of a Lifetime" and the outcome could not have been more wonderful. Seeing my husband leave happy with the truck he deserves and has been dreaming of since we received the news we were coming home made my day. I could not have asked for more than to see the relief on my husbands face and smile of the beautiful piece of machinery he can now call his own. Ronnie helped make a horrible situation into a perfect situation. Without his help and the FIve Star Team we would be up a creek without a paddle. We will be back, and will not buy another vehicle elsewhere. As we also will be recommending many people their way. More
