You have my contact info from when I was in your dealership. Your service department specifically said the GM refused warranty. Your dealership sent me a Five Star survey and I never heard a word back. How do you intend on making this better when I sent a survey back and it was ignored? I bought a 14’ 2500 new from your dealership and the same experience on that truck. We take my wife’s Navigator to the Lincoln dealer and it’s a night and day experience. Are you acknowledging because this is a public review?! As a business owner I can’t imagine giving my customers this same service. ***Update since. I took the truck to another dealer and the CEL is out. It was a service bulletin update and that dealer couldn’t believe what I was told at Five Star. You wanted me to pay you $450?!?!
