Owned by Rich Hartman since September 1998 Five Star Dealerships has continued to grow and become an asset to the Grays Harbor Community. Sponsoring major events like Five Star Dealerships & Sand and Sawdust Festival in Ocean Shores, WA and Five Star Dealerships SPLASH Festival in Aberdeen, WA. Five Star Dealerships is also proud to support local students, sports and schools with programs like Touchdown For Kids each Football Season, awarding FFA (Future Farmers of America) Scholarships to graduating students and other donations to support athletic teams and the athletic fields in the surrounding area. In 2021, Rich began the transition of ownership for the company to Damon Gleason and Allen Erickson. Today, Damon Gleason is the Dealer for Five Star Ford and Harbor Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, while Allen Erickson is the dealer for Five Star Toyota and Five Star Chevrolet. Both Damon and Allen were born and raised in Grays Harbor and remain dedicated to supporting and strengthening our local community for years to come. Did my pi change quickly then the next day a warranty replacement on the driver front window was replaced. No more wind noise or water getting through the rubber triangular seal. More

You can reach me at (253) 298-6173. I will say this. I called several weeks in advance to have a check engine light looked at. I was told I had an appointment scheduled for 900am that morning. Because of this, I expected to have the diagnostic done at 9am or shortly thereafter. If the repair process would have take. 8 hours, I get it, but my truck wasn’t even looked. What was the 9am appointment for if the intent was not to look at it right away. I would have brought it in at the end of the day if I would have known. You can call and we can discuss, it was just very frustrating that no-one even bothered to come and give me an update on anything, the entire day.
