Service not up to par I will update this review later as warranted but right now I am disatisfied with service support. Was told clutch needs to be replaced on 2012 fiesta I will update this review later as warranted but right now I am disatisfied with service support. Was told clutch needs to be replaced on 2012 fiesta but have to wait 8 weeks for part. Still waiting!. I replaced dead battery on same vehicle only to have warning lights come on along with bad TCM and actuator occur after replacing the battery. While tcm was covered by warranty. I was told the actuator was not and would cost $185. Time and money being spent on my part over quality issues that I shouldn't be having to deal with. More

Although I didn't buy anything that day, Jerry noted the qualities I was looking for in a used car. He called me the next day, about the 2009 Corolla. He knew just what we were looking for and we only had to look at one vehicle. The steps in which he did everything, we were in and out before we even knew it. My husband and I love Ford. We traded in our 2007 Fusion that had over 160,000 miles, best car ever. We only did the recommended maintenance and never had any problems with this car. More
