As a pleasant surprise, Tim Quickly set up an XLT and a sport side-by-side and opened all the doors, the hood and even the gas door. Tim went through the features and differences that was very easy to understand. We test drove all three variants of the engines (2.7L, 3.5L, and 5.0L) and he had the next truck ready upon our return. When we decided to negotiate Tim was very professional and never applied any pressure but was prepared for all questions we had. The truck we wanted wasn't available at 5-Star and he immediately started searching for one and found what we wanted near Atlanta. Tim had us a deal within minutes and set up the delivery the following day. He also guided s through the purchase process with Mike at 5-Star who also made the process very pleasant.
