When we arrived at the dealership to consider leasing a Ford Fusion, Donnie was with another customer, but he immediately put us with Michael Mueller. There was no high pressure to "close the deal" and we really appreciated that. Michael got my credit information, etc., said he would get that done and if we wanted the car, we could come back on New Year's Day. We went home and Michael called us later to say that credit-wise I was "good to go." He told me just to call Donnie the next day if I decided to lease the car as he was off. I called Donnie and we made the appointment and got the car that afternoon. Both of these men were just great and we couldn't be more pleased.
