I had previously purchased two vehicles from Five Star Ford Dallas and recently returned prepared to place a nearly $63,000 factory order for a 2027 Transit. Anna agreed to handle the order. I originally had several days available and was perfectly willing to wait for her to finish reviewing the build. However, my work required me to leave Dallas earlier than expected, so I needed to reach her promptly. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to do so. What I found particularly difficult to understand was that during our initial meeting, Anna repeatedly interrupted our conversation to answer incoming calls. I had no problem with that. But when I later needed to reach her while she was with other customers, I could not get even a brief response regarding my own order. A customer should not have to chase a salesperson just to get basic communication about an order. At that point, I saw no reason to continue the order with Anna. I’ll be looking for another Ford dealer to place my order with, where returning customers are treated with more respect. More

I can not believe she (Lupita) is in leadership she has no business in a leadership role period! She is very unprofessional with her customer service and how she talks to you is crazy she should not be all no business in a leadership role period! She makes you feel as if you are bothering her at her JOB! And she is not very knowledgeable when you ask her questions about her job "but she is a manger" that a joke is what that is.
