He was honest about what each of my options were and even gave advice on that gave me more of what I wanted and needed vs what was the most expensive option. Preston and Lupita were great in taking care of some after market add-ons I wanted. They were upfront and transparent with the entire process. I contacted seven Ford dealerships across the DFW area while searching for a 2026 Ford Expedition King Ranch. I knew exactly what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and how quickly I was prepared to buy while searching for a 2026 Ford Expedition King Ranch. I knew exactly what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and how quickly I was prepared to buy. Allen Elmore was the only salesperson who immediately understood that. Within five minutes of our first conversation, Allen sent me a video of the vehicle. Within twenty minutes, I had a complete quote. There were no games, no pressure tactics, and no endless back-and-forth negotiations. I told him exactly where I needed to be financially, asked for a very aggressive discount, and he came back with the right number the first time. That level of responsiveness and professionalism is rare. While other dealerships took hours—or even days—to provide quotes that were still nowhere near my target, Allen respected my time, listened carefully, and delivered exactly what he said he would. Because of that, I purchased the vehicle the same day. When I arrived at the dealership, Allen had everything prepared and ready to go. The vehicle was detailed, organized, and waiting for us. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I've purchased enough vehicles over the years to recognize the difference between a salesperson who relies on pressure and one who earns business through competence and trust. Allen is firmly in the latter category. He communicates clearly, follows through on his commitments, and makes the buying process remarkably easy.
