The overall experience was horrible. If it weren't for Shaun Anderson and his involvement, it would have been one of the worst car buying experiences in history. Our initial sales per If it weren't for Shaun Anderson and his involvement, it would have been one of the worst car buying experiences in history. Our initial sales person never followed through on anything, delayed the process of getting our car fixed, basically we were done with her after we signed on the dotted line. It was so bad. She single handedly crushed the spirits of a 16 year old girl on her first car buying experience. The Camry had been offered before any inspection had taken place. The check engine light was on when we test drove the vehicle. We purchased the car on January 14th, but didn't take delivery of it until February 11th, and that was even with a promise that the vehicle would be ready earlier, just to find out that the work was done by the Toyota dealer, but nothing was done on the Ford dealership side. Three or four days the check engine light came on again, which meant the car spend another two weeks in the shop. A couple of days after we got it back again, the check engine light came on again. We completely avoided going to Sam Packs Ford of Dallas and took it straight to Toyota of Plano for service. I would never recommend buying a vehicle of any kind from Five Star Ford of Dallas. More

The salesman, Alllen was very helpful. Overall experience with this dealership was great.
