I'm disappointed in this dealership I purchase a 2014 BMW. I put 2,000 down. The right front bumper was damaged from a wreck. I was told to bring it back in 2 days and they will fix it. Dropped it off and they put me in a loaner. The lawnmower was in my possession for nearly a week my possession for one week. I took the vehicle back within a few days. The loaner was in my possession for nearly one week. When they contact me and told me the vehicle was ready while on my way to return the loaner and pick up my vehicle purchased I was informed the bank decided not to go through with the deal because my drivers license wasn't valid. 🤔 it seems kind of sketchy to me after they already fixed $1500 Worth of damage. A lot of missing pieces to this puzzle. They was very unprofessional about the situation. But they really messed up when the salesman Jay ask how much more could I possibly put down if they gave me the vehicle back. Seriously? Its alot of others things transpired as well i fell to mentioned because it need to be dealt with in court. It was alot if sexual harassment joking and talking going on. Yeah they screwed me with grease on this one after running my credit like 9times. You guys the viewers be the judge on this but don't get screwed like i did. I was very sad and disappointed. But Hey what God has for you is for you. Atleast then you will be confident in knowing no crook, scammer, con man nor greed will be able to take it back. Some advised me not to let it go take it to court because they signed a contract release the vehicle in my possession and I still have the contract as well. So viewers what do think i should do. More

Hi, me again. I have brought my truck (purchased June 2020) in six times for the same issue. It dies while idling. Message "autostart/stop manual restart required. I have brought my truck (purchased June 2020) in six times for the same issue. It dies while idling. Message "autostart/stop manual restart required." Each time it is something new with the same code registered. *Battery charged and system reset. Battery passed *Updated PCM and reprogrammed start/stop system *Replaced VCT timing solenoids *Replaced booster vacuum sensor ($400) This last time, 4 days after replacing the sensor, same issue. Now it's the battery that was good in December and told it would be $200+ to replace it. Replace it to continue the diagnostics, which may or may not be the issue. Service staff have been very helpful and couldn't ask for better. Technicians not so much. Why has it taken 6 trips, 11 months, lots of time, and money to fix the same issue each time a different diagnosis. This truck has been an an absolute nightmare. More
