Worst service department in the state of Texas. Getting a service appointment is a waste of time because that appointment apparently is for just checking your car in. Was told that after waiting a Getting a service appointment is a waste of time because that appointment apparently is for just checking your car in. Was told that after waiting a week and a half for my appointment that it would be 2-3 days before they could even look at it. So what was a time and date given to bring my truck in for repairs if they had no intentions to even look at it on my appointed date. This dealership's service department and their two service managers have no clue what they are doing. Their system has been broken like this for years and apparently it will never change. Have bought our last 4 Fords from the Sam Pack 5 Star Family but because of this one star service department we will no longer even be looking at any Sam Pack dealership ever again. More
