They kept me updated regarding what had to be done, they were able to quickly get a reasonable estimate to fix a really bad spot on my rear passenger door, and were very friendly during the whole process. They’ve earned my business in the future, and I look forward to dealing with Five Star Ford when I shop for a new vehicle! Thank y’all so much! More
Worst service department in the state of Texas. Getting a service appointment is a waste of time because that appointment apparently is for just checking your car in. Was told that after waiting a week and a half for my appointment that it would be 2-3 days before they could even look at it. So what was a time and date given to bring my truck in for repairs if they had no intentions to even look at it on my appointed date. This dealership's service department and their two service managers have no clue what they are doing. Their system has been broken like this for years and apparently it will never change. Have bought our last 4 Fords from the Sam Pack 5 Star Family but because of this one star service department we will no longer even be looking at any Sam Pack dealership ever again. More
This company is unacceptable! My car been here for 3 weeks for a warranty issue and now they’re saying it want crank. But I drove it there!! And instead of them informing me, they came to my job and too weeks for a warranty issue and now they’re saying it want crank. But I drove it there!! I can't give zero stars? We bought a tire replacement plan (I know, our mistake already) and when the time came to use it, Five Star Ford said it was not in their system. We needed the tire fixed so we plan (I know, our mistake already) and when the time came to use it, Five Star Ford said it was not in their system. Called back and they said "sorry, ticket is already closed". and they wonder why people move to other brands, or dealerships like Sewell? More

This dealership has the worst managed parts department that I have ever seen. We are living in the 21st century the last time I checked. This place is still living in the 19th century. They can't track a that I have ever seen. We are living in the 21st century the last time I checked. This place is still living in the 19th century. They can't track a part when ordered, they can't tell you where it is or how it's going to arrive. What company cannot track a package? Every part is asset tagged, every ware house in America has a scanner hand held device, every 21st century business has an Inventory tracking system and every company knows how to track packages. So, what is wrong with this dealership? Their parts department couldn't find their xxx with both hands. The upper management doesn't understand that their reputation is purely based on how the managers below them operate and how the customer is treated. Surely this dealership does not care about their customers. This dealership needs to spend the money on a package/parts tracking system and come into the 21st century. What a joke and waste of an American business. More
