This was a tough situation that was handled in a very professional and friendly manner by Sean. I was dealing with an issue regarding what warranty service Ford (corporate, not the dealership) was going professional and friendly manner by Sean. Sean kept me informed about the status of my repair, arranged a pickup when the repairs were completed and took the time to personally bring out my vehicle and discuss the repair and address any concerns I may have still had. That kind of personal touch makes a big difference to me. I'd also like to say a special thanks to Joe (the technician that actually did the repair on my car). On his own he came out and talked with me while I was picking up the car regarding the repairs he had completed (knowing I was concerned by what limits Ford Corporate had placed on the work authorized). He answered questions and reviewed the detailed work he did, this was HUGE and I wanted to make sure he was recognized for it. More

As always, this dealership service department was a pleasure to visit. Pedro Soares remembered who I was the minute I walked up to the service counter. I was amazed. I had a coupon for a State Inspection that Five Star had sent me, and management has no idea how that keeps me coming back as I am on a fixed income, and many times I could get work done for less $$ somewhere else. Pedro came to tell me that my battery cables were corroded and needed attention, and though the price cancelled out my coupon savings, I trust what the rep and the mechanic say so I had them do the work.
