I bought a pre-owned jeep from here and I had it a week an the check engine light came on. Took it to the jeep dodge ram and they said its a recall and censors. They kept it a week. I got it back and 2 day an the check engine light came on. Took it to the jeep dodge ram and they said its a recall and censors. They kept it a week. I got it back and 2 days later it sounds bad and the light back on. Now its in the shop again. I called the bank and advised them about it so they held off closing the deal because if the recall. The manager John Scinto called me and told me that he'd put me in a rental while they repair my vehicle but I had to call the bank and let them know that the recall has been fixed so the deal could close and they get paid. I did because he reassured me that he'll make sure I was taken care of. Well I got my vehicle out the shop last Monday, and the light came back on and now the emergency break keep jumping on. And its back in the shop, now John want put me in a rental nor loaner because he's been paid. I have a payment coming due and haven't driven my car a week yet. So do not buy a car from 5 star Nissan. They feel like since my credit wasn't top notch and the bank financed me only so much that they can treat u like you're a nobody. The bank told me to talk to John and see can he put me in a car of the same value and he said he'd see what he can do. So I'm waiting. STACEY... More
