Understand that it is hard to get good employees, but you need more employees/service techs/service writers. I should never be on hold for 20 minutes and then asked to leave my name and number for a call bac need more employees/service techs/service writers. I had a flat and after having star link change the tire needed to know if they could get me in that Saturday. I ended coming in Monday to get the tire replaced and that experience was outstanding.
