Great service I had a battery cable terminal break due to corrosion. Harrison greeted me and when I asked if this was a part I could buy or if the service departme I had a battery cable terminal break due to corrosion. Harrison greeted me and when I asked if this was a part I could buy or if the service department would have to replace it he took me to the parts department and said that was an easy fix. After getting the part which was only $12, he grabbed a tool and replaced it on the spot. Then he took me over and Roxxy helped me schedule more service work that was needing attention. Both were very friendly and I was in and out very quickly. Thank you for your help today !! More

Parts department is also on top of their game, they can find parts even with the worst customer supplied description, and if it isn't in stock they'll have it in a week or less. I had a question about the keyless entry system, and she ended up pairing my iPhone with the car, loading my contact information, showing me how to ask for a phone or text to be called. She also went over the map system, all at the touch of a button and oral instructions. She explained that I needed to leave my charger in the car all the time to access some of these services. Dee is sooooo patient and explains over again until I was able to "play" with the features. She is PHENOMENAL! I'm so technologically inept that it's pitiful. She doesn't make me feel like an idiot, and it's fun to talk, laugh, and sing with her. She's an absolute positive part of 5 Star. Unfortunately for her, I also ask for her first because I know that she relates to my inefficiency. Love her! More
