First Class Service I first visited the dealership with a friend who had just bought a vehicle and needed to drop something off. I was in the market for a new vehicle but I first visited the dealership with a friend who had just bought a vehicle and needed to drop something off. I was in the market for a new vehicle but had no intentions of buying a Mercedes since I have owned 4 BMW's in the past. I met Antonio in the showroom when I walked in and instantly had a connection with him. Antonio is very friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Antonio asked me if I would be interested in trading in my car but in no way did I feel pressured into doing so. I decided to take a look at what Mercedes had to offer and I am so happy that I did. I ended up going back to the dealership the next day and Antonio helped me to choose the perfect vehicle for my families needs. The whole process went very smoothly and everyone I met in the dealership was extremely nice. I have never felt more comfortable walking into a dealership than I have going to Flagship. In addition to working with Antonio, I worked with Paige to pick up my new car as Antonio was on vacation. Paige went out of her way to call me several times to ensure everything was ready for me at the time of pick up and she went over every feature in the new car with me. I would also like to say that Grace in the service department is extremely nice and very helpful. I am new to the Mercedes family and was looking to lease a new car. Being that I am only 22 and was unfamiliar with leasing cars (I had only previously bought) I brought my mom along to make sure that I wouldn't get taken advantage of. Not only was Pauly able to work with my budget and get me exactly what I wanted, he was able to deal with me and my mother's personality (which for most may be a bit much). He went above and beyond what was expected of him and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Not once was he pushy or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and when my lease is up I plan on going back and of course only dealing with Pauly! More

Service The way it should be! I love the service department at Flagship Motorcars. They always take good care of me and my Mercedes GLK for service and repairs.
