Mercedes- Benz of Lynnfield is an A1 operation overall, but their service department is fantastic. My vehicles have been serviced by Mercedes-Benz of Lynnfield for the last 15 years and have never had a p but their service department is fantastic. Bought a used car GLC300from this dealership. I was told that the car was fully serviced prior to putting on the lot for used car sale. 4 days after, the brake squeak and still squeaking as of to I was told that the car was fully serviced prior to putting on the lot for used car sale. 4 days after, the brake squeak and still squeaking as of today. This dealership has a return or exchange policy. However, we love the car. Don’t know what to do! More

Ive been with this dealership since my first Mercedes. Always excellent service and sales department. for this sale Dumitru Marcu was great. I had initially come in to look at a pre owned that Maria had found. It wasn't right for me and Dumitru found me a new car that fit my needs with a very reasonable trade. Everything went expediently and I'm very happy with my new ride. I must mention Darnell from financing. She was wonderful, Ive worked with her before but had forgotten how much fun she is to work with. All in all I had a great experience. I hope to continue my service relationship with Renan as my service advisor. He's the greatest for the long term relationship you have with the service department.
