Can't fix car My wife bought a GL450 from them about a year ago. It was a certified car. They touted that they could not budge on the price because if was so nice My wife bought a GL450 from them about a year ago. It was a certified car. They touted that they could not budge on the price because if was so nice. I said OK but it has a rattle in the sunroof I want taken care of as well as a clunk in the front end. Before delivery they had done neither! So I drove off the lot in our "new" car hear a clunk and a rattle. My purchase of this car just went from happy to upset that they had not addressed what we asked. We brought the car back later and they said that they were able to fix the clunk in the front end but the sunroof job was a large one and they needed more time. We were fine with that and everyone agreed it would be taken care of on the next major service. Yesterday was the next service and they are saying that they can not hear the rattle so they are not going to do anything about it. This even though we all agreed on the last visit that it would be taken addressed! The keyless entry has also been an issue ever since we purchased the car. Last time we brought the car in they replaced the batteries. This time we got the old cannot duplicate the problem and they put batteries in the remotes again. I got the feeling that even though we made the appointment weeks ago they were to busy and did not want to spend the time trying to figure out the real issues with he car. I love driving around in an expensive car and listening to a rattle over my head all the time. I understand that some times things can be hard to find and that is not so much the issue. The issue that I have is that on the previous visit we laid out a plan for the repair and now they are changing their mind. So I guess I will drive my Ford Transit van because it has less rattles then my GL 450! More
Best Service Experience Ever I am the proud owner of a Mercedes Benz SL500. As such I an fanatical about the appearance and mechanical condition of my car. I have always taken my car to Flagship for service. The primary reason being that the quality of service is second to none. Whenever I experience a problem I call Grace Cosco and she will tell me to bring the car right in immediately. She will personally greet me and have a loner car ready so that I do not have to wait. Al Swirka will ask me very detailed questions about the problem that I am experiencing and I am on my way in a loner. I will get a call from Al explaining specifically what is required to make the repair. I will then get a call telling me that my car is ready to be picked up. When it is delivered to me it has been washed and vacuumed. Grace will always follow up with me to be sure that I am completely satisfied with their service. Best treatment that I have ever experienced with an automobile dealership. More
I Found my perfect car !!!! I went in to see Antonio a few weeks ago. He showed me every car they had in the style and price I wanted, on that day we didnt find exactly what I wa I went in to see Antonio a few weeks ago. He showed me every car they had in the style and price I wanted, on that day we didnt find exactly what I was looking for but that didnt stop him! He kept in touch with me everytime a new car ( the one i was looking for) would come in. He didnt stop until he found me exactly what I wanted. Unlike other dealership he didnt stop helping as soon as I got the car I had a few problems with insurence, he called and also helped me get everything with my insurence done. I couldnt be more impressed and satisfied with the customer service. More

I have to say that Grace is one in a million she always goes above and beyond to make my experience at the service are as pleasant as possible. We are even on a first name basis, and have a number to reach her at any time. You are not just a number in their eyes, you are a person that matters. I would send everyone I know to this dealership. I almost forgot Paul McDaniels what a classy supervisor at Flagship, is the reason I stop purchasing BMW's. He isn't just a person I go to to purchase my cars through he is also an great friend that I met at BMW in 2001. Last but not less Marc Limage how can you forget about him when it comes to dedication and time Marc is your guy, when I purchased my ML 350 he educated me on the vehicle like I was going to school for the first day when was amazing thanks again to everyone at Flagship for the AMAZING service I get every time I come there. I can’t speak for every sales person at Flagship, but I can definitely conclude that it was a very pleasant buying experience purchasing my latest vehicle. The sales rep with whom I purchased the vehicle, Ibe Ogwu, was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the sale, even way after the sale. After bringing the vehicle (ML550) home and having my wife inspect it, we discovered it had 3 tiny and almost hidden scratches that I didn’t notice prior and it was also missing the cargo cover. A quick call to Ibe and he was promptly available to react in resolving the problem, including going into the office on his day off. My family and I went off to a long vacation and upon returning, a month later Ibe still followed through with his promises to resolve the matter, paying full attention to details. The tiny scratches were fixed and we were ordered a new cargo cover replacement. We are very happy with the vehicle! Gil Otero was also great and pleasant in processing the financial aspects of the sale and in explaining the warranty and etc. I’ll note, prior to going to this dealership, I was previously interested in purchasing from another dealership a little north of the area, closer to where I live, and where I was servicing my older Mercedes for the past 4 years. Unfortunately they were not very willing to offer a fair deal, and unfortunately represented the other side of the car salesmen reputation – even though I have been a customer with them for years. By walking away from them, I ended up getting a better car (and exactly what I wanted), and a better deal. I am considering switching where I service my vehicle, though its a lot farther from me. This was my 3rd purchased Mercedes. My first with this dealership, but dealing with this dealership and the sales reps was by far the best experience of them all, I'll admit - a was a little shocked. There is a certain expectation of customer service when dealing with a Dealership like Flagship and a brand like Mercedes-Benz. The surprise, is that the initial expectation was surpassed.
